1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms apply to visitors, applicants and authorized users of the EasyAccept.cards website and portal. When you create an EasyAccept account or access services, you agree to the applicable website rules in these Terms and the linked Privacy Notice. The person registering on behalf of a business represents that they are authorized to provide its basic information and act for that business.
“EasyAccept” refers to the website and high-risk merchant solutions brand, not an independently verified banking institution or a representation that a particular regulated entity is a contracting party. The identity and relevant authorization of any acquiring institution or merchant-service provider must be disclosed in its separate signed agreement.
2. What EasyAccept provides
EasyAccept is designed to support high-risk payment-processing applications, including research-use-only (RUO) laboratory and peptide-supply businesses and other lawful, specialized online merchants. We provide account registration, application preparation, eligibility information, and—when available through separately approved arrangements—assistance with merchant-account review and referrals.
Services may be limited, unavailable, or suspended for particular products, jurisdictions, payment networks, banks or categories. No merchant agreement, funds transmission, settlement or transaction processing begins solely because an applicant registers or submits an inquiry here.
3. Eligibility, identity and account security
You must be 18 or older and authorized to act for the company. You must provide accurate contact details, protect the email account receiving login codes, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized account use. An EasyAccept login is a standalone website identity and does not provide access to another company's app, store, documents or identity system.
We may suspend access to prevent fraud, misuse, cyberattacks, unlawful conduct, or material violation of these Terms, and may require reasonable verification before reactivating an account.
4. Truthful business information
Applicants must accurately disclose their actual legal entity, business model, product catalogue, advertising, fulfilment practices, contact information, control/beneficial ownership, licensing status, expected card volume, chargeback history, previous processors and any material termination history when requested through the authorized process. Do not conceal prohibited products, misclassify transactions, use another merchant's processing account, or misrepresent transaction locations or customer intended use.
The website can save non-sensitive business-profile drafts. EIN, identity-file and bank-statement collection is not yet enabled; do not email those materials as a substitute. Any later verification requires separate secure document submission and an applicable privacy notice.
5. RUO and other higher-risk industries
Our high-risk focus does not waive federal, state or local laws, product restrictions, payment-network rules or acquiring-bank eligibility criteria. Sellers of research peptides and other laboratory materials must document the lawful, bona fide use of their products and ensure website claims, advertising and customer targeting match the actual intended use. A “research use only” label does not alone make a product lawful or qualify a merchant for card processing.
Regulated, prescription-only, illegal, deceptive or prohibited commercial activities may be declined. We may request product-compliance evidence, business licences and additional risk documentation as relevant to the actual activity.
6. Underwriting, approvals and reserves
Creating an account, answering screening questions, or receiving an acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance, card-network access, settlement, approval, processing limits, pricing, a particular approval rate, or zero reserves. Eligibility, rolling/fixed reserves, delayed funding, risk controls, minimum transaction volume and other terms—if offered—are determined by the actual authorized provider under a separately executed contract.
We do not impose a minimum sales volume merely to create an EasyAccept account or begin an initial inquiry. This is not a waiver of any underwriter's eventual volume requirements. Information about any offered terms is informational until confirmed in writing by an authorized provider.
7. Fees and payment contracts
Merely visiting this website and registering an account does not activate a merchant account or create transaction-processing fees. If any future application, onboarding, platform, gateway or other fees may apply, they must be disclosed to the applicant before a separately agreed charge. Actual merchant discount rates, network fees, reserves, chargeback fees, settlement timing and contractual liability belong in the approved provider's written merchant agreement.
EasyAccept is not providing legal, investment, tax or regulatory advice to applicants through these website materials.
8. Documents, confidentiality and permissions
You retain rights in records you lawfully provide. You authorize us to use information voluntarily submitted through enabled services only as reasonably necessary to operate the site, maintain account records, assess requests, communicate, and fulfil disclosed legal obligations. When secure document intake is activated, additional terms may apply to partner underwriting and onward disclosure.
Do not upload malicious code, fabricated identity documents, unauthorized third-party information or material in breach of law. Internal reviewers are subject to role-specific access controls; a third party receives sensitive information only when reasonably necessary for an authorized, disclosed review process.
9. Website use and intellectual property
The EasyAccept name, website presentation, software and other site materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. You may use the site for legitimate evaluation of high-risk merchant solutions and may not scrape confidential data, impersonate staff or applicants, attack the service, defeat access controls, or interfere with other users.
10. Availability, warranties and responsibility
We aim to provide dependable account services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every applicant will be eligible for a processor. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis without any guarantee of processing outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes legal rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You remain responsible for the lawfulness of your products, financial representations, marketing, fulfilment, tax obligations and merchant transactions.
11. Changes, disputes and applicable law
We may revise these website Terms as the product and partner framework evolves and will display the effective date. Material changes affecting active accounts will be notified through the website or account email when appropriate.
Any disputes about an actual merchant-processing contract are governed by that contract and the applicable laws identified in it. These public website Terms do not invent an unverified Singapore corporate domicile, arbitration forum or bank-contracting authority. Mandatory consumer/business protections, where applicable, are preserved.
